Being a Real Estate Broker has it’s challenges, however, when dealing with a Management Company that actually helps, and listens makes getting to a closing that much easier. That is what Crest does. They make the approval procedure seamless! This company could teach a lot of other management companies how to operate! Thank you for your continued professionalism!

They are unprofessional and rude. They seem to take their association contracts for granted and therefore don’t have any motivation to do a good job.

Won’t return calls promptly and won’t follow-up on requests. It’s almost like you have to remind them to do their job.

If you have a choice, don’t hire them.

Could be the worst… no let me rephrase that. They are the worst management company i have ever dealt with by far. I am actually annoyed i have to give them one star. Unprofessional and arrogant. Just like the other reviews have stated. You have been warned! Best of luck if you need to deal with them.

I have been doing business with Crest for over 10 years. They are the most professional, honest management company out there. I have been president of various communities over the past 25 years here in south Florida and have dealt with numerous companies. If you care about your community look no further. They are large enough to handle all your needs yet small enough to give you personalized service.

Not sure why for the bad reviews. I have been dealing with Nancy for a bit over 1 year since Crest has taken over our Association and was always treated with respect over the phone. Today I actually met with Nancy at Crest and she helped me with everything I needed and had a smile on her face the entire time. Not only that but the front receptionist Alicia greeted me with a smile as well and they never kept me waiting. Very pleased with the customer service.
