Goldon Limited Co

Goldon Limited Company is the worst management company in South Florida. The owner, Aryeh Chazin, could care less about his tenants.

Mr. Chazin entered my suite, for the purpose of doing construction work, without any advanced warning over the 2017 Memorial Day holiday long weekend. The work was supposed to be completed during this time frame. or so Mr. Chazin indicated to me in a phone conversation on Tuesday morning. I discovered, on Tuesday, that the door, to my suite, was left unsecured and unlocked. I was at a client on that Tuesday morning.

I am a Certified Public Accountant, so, needless to say, there are confidential records retained in my office. Mr. Chazin does not seem to understand my anger with respect to this matter.

Hence my statement, restated here again, that Mr. Chazin has a complete disregard for his tenants. I strongly recommend “steering” clear of either renting from Goldon Limited Company, and/or having this company manage your property.
