No Doctor should care more about there medical license than there patients, but here at this place this happens. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Dr. Nenov is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever been too. She takes the time to listen and genuinely cares for her patients.

I’ve actually never left a review before, but this place turned out to be such a disappointment. I received a confirmation call the day before from the receptionist, Rebecca, who explained to arrive 30 min before my appt for paperwork and also provided me the address. No payment was ever mentioned, not even briefly. But my problem is not with Rebecca, whom I’ve never met in person, it’s with the gentleman that I met (I’m assuming it’s her supervisor, I think his name is Steve?) when I arrived for my appt. He was quick to take my license and insurance card and ask me to pay $250 up front, before I even had my appointment. I looked at him like surely there had been a mistake. I explained that the amount he was requesting, or any money for that matter, was never brought to my attention. He THEN told me this exact line, word for word: “Rebecca has a very detailed and set script that she explains to all patients about their payment when making confirmation calls”…..basically implying that I was lying about her never mentioning payment. He still had me fill out paperwork and I decided to do so because at this point, there was still a chance of me wanting to reschedule despite the miscommunication and egotistical supervisor I encountered. It wasn’t until I went up to the desk to turn in my paperwork that sealed the deal of me ever returning to this place. I handed it to the guy and he started to say “Thanks, and I apol-…..well, I don’t really know what to say actually”….really???? I thought I was at least going to get an apology, but he was so reluctant to make the client feel understood and welcomed, that he just HAD to take back his words and make sure I knew that he was right, I was wrong, and I was lying about everything. He then explained that they’d call to reschedule me. Good luck trying to reach me.

The lady who helped change my life! I have been seeing Dr. Nenov for about 2 years now and I would say she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I recommend her to all of my friends & family. (Now everyone goes to her I know)! She is very professional and knows how to help. She is very sweet & understanding.

Worst place ever! She didn’t help at all. The receptionist is so rude!! She tried to tell me that I was wrong about MY insurance! Then refused to go back and check. She wanted me to pay upfront when my first visit is 100% covered.. I didn’t want to do that because 1) I didn’t know if I was going to like the doctor and 2) I didn’t know if she was going to lie about payments. So I asked to reschedule because something wasn’t right.. I wanted to see what was up before I started sessions with the doctor because to me, that was really sketchy. The rude receptionist went to the back to ask the doctor.. And the doctor told the receptionist to dismiss me and that she doesn’t want to see me… Ever. It’s crazy how people go into a profession to help people and don’t want to actually help. They become so cold and not actually care about people. So because of what happened, I’m giving this place one star and one star for that rude receptionist who doesn’t know how to do her job. She 100% deserves this 1 star. And from the look of other reviews I’ve seen of her I’m glad things didn’t work out.
