This place has among one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with across the country. We are a business what utilizes USPS and UPS. We shipped a package using Priority Mail Guarantee which would have been no longer than 2 day delivery. This package took over 4 business days not including Saturday or Sunday. I called the 1800 number to inquire what the story was, they opened a ticket and today an individual from this location called me.
First, the individual did not speak clearly and immediately dealt with the situation as though we were inconveniencing him! He was very condescending with his words. I asked as to why the package took so long to be delivered being that it took over 6 days to arrive. At this point his ignorance hit a new level. I then asked how do we get a refund on the shipping and He became belligerent and at one point i believe he called me a “dog”. When i corrected him on that he just kept saying sir, sir sir, and then laughed and hung up.

This is a gross negligence on the post office to allow behavior like this. It appears that this post office allows their employees to do as they please. When you allow the animals to run wild you have no order and therefore no consistency. I feel that this location requires corporate to come in and teach this individual some manners and how customer service should be conducted!

With that said i will be calling the Post Office Consumer Affairs to bring this matter to their attention.

Rude lady working there i was showing her the message it said that clearly it had a problem she didn’t let me explain she secured ny package would be delivered but it says it’s getting sent back to the sender and its a brand new phone so i hope they will pay for the money im losing for not receiving

Boca Downtown post office is the BEST! The staff are empathetic and helpful, efficient, friendly, yet professional and very knowledgeable. Staff work well as a team and help each other whenever needed. They are patient with customers who often need guidance in how to pack and mail their items.
I am so glad this convenient location is here!

I’ve never had such atrocious service! Moved new address around corner on July 31st- still no regular mail and it’s Nov 1st!! Our mail went to old address until around September 15!!? Went in to the post office like 5 times. Unfortunately I’m stuck speaking with Pat Obrady, a very very RUDE employee, who berates you for asking question. Really Boca?? Asked for manager Twice and left standing there for 20 minutes. Called Michael Colon on the number I was given for the manager. Rings few times and disconnects! So long story short my daughters birthday cards are MIA!! Makes me furious!! Just given up all hope to fix this matter. Best solution would be if Michael Colon reached out to me in this review. But he is also MIA it seems! Shocked to say the least!
