We were looking for a Condo on the water in Boca Raton and we were introduced by a friend to Patty Seward of Campbell & Rosemurgy. She was amazing she showed us 10 condos in 1 day and explained each and every buildings pros & cons and by the end of the day we put in a bid and it was accepted. We closed within 6 weeks and the process was seamless from start to finish. Very professional, knew the area, and very patient with the various questions we had. Nothing was too much for her. I worked with Lana Murphy recently and she was phenomenal. I built and bought two homes before working with Lana and she definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ve never worked with a realtor who was so dedicated to the customer. Even after all paperwork was signed and we moved in she still stayed involved and dealt with the other realtor and original owner to get things fixed. I am quite surprised by this awful first review. It is so far from my own experience with Campbell and Rosemurgy. For the past 10 years I have purchased and sold close to 20 income properties with Francoise Laine. Today she is also representing our Children in their purchases. Crooked, Crooked, Crooked company. They listed a house that did not belong to the person selling it. After paying for inspections and entering into a contract to buy the house I found out the guy selling it is not the owner. They are thieves hiding behind a façade of a real estate company.
