Colleen does what others can’t, if Wonder Women was an agent it would be Colleen. Her background as an attorney means that she understands every detail of a sale and nothing gets past her. In complex and high value transactions every little detail matters and Colleen is always on top of things from the big picture to exact wordings.

Trying to sell the house that I grew up in was challenging (I mean how can you put a price on where you were raised) but Colleen was able to sell my parents summer home for so much more then we were told it was worth by other firms.

Colleen is a real estate warrior and if you pick her she’ll be your warrior. Trust me you want her

Terrible. Just tried to make a backup offer, and Colleen didn’t know our buyer was on the phone. Used the F word numerous times in front of my mother in law(backup buyer), and I didn’t say or do anything to deserve being cursed at. I will never do business with or recommend doing business with Colleen Nouhan. So condescending and disrespectful and I don’t even know why. We were serious about a 1.5 million dollar cash deal, which was basically full ask price on the home, respectfully complied with everything she was saying, as it was a last minute BACKUP VERBAL offer. We were going to meet her the next day, like she asked at HER time, and she called back using profane language. We’ll take our business to someone that will treat us with the respect that we give and expect in return. Also want to add after writing this original review we closed on 2 different houses before Colleen’s closing. Because of Colleen’s bad representation of her company we did 3 million dollars in sales with Lehmann Realty in Delray.

WE had a multi million dollar house and need someone with Experience in selling that kind of home . Colleen is extremely professional , knowledgeable and genuinely warm . She personally was at every house showing and took care of many things for us , above and beyond to get our house sold at top dollar . She kept us informed and walked us through every step of selling our home.
I have worked with many other realtors over the years Buying and selling homes and by far she is the best I have ever worked with .
If you want the best , you will want Colleen .

Colleen did what two other Realtors did not. Sold our house for the top-dollar that anyone got within the year in our price range, in our area. We had a pair of prior agents/brokers who either used our home as springboard for lower-dollar purchases, or didn’t even put the right information into the MLS. They sent assistants. We were not a focus. With Colleen, it was the 180.

She came in, took a house that had been on listing, sadly, for all the wrong reasons, for more than 700 days, and turned it around in a few months. Quality showings. Real prospective buyers. A cash sale that, while full of challenges from the buyer’s end, she handled with patience, professionalism, and grace.

She provided all of the right ideas on staging the property. She was realistic about her pitch to us, and kept the whole process understandable, and on track.

We chose her for several reasons to sell our house: Her background as an attorney helps her greatly in this business. Her ability to reach out to people from distance markets, and relate well to them, has been a huge plus in the high end home biz. She is charming, and totally professional. Her relationship with powerful Premiere also allows her to bring a lot of their tools and global reach to bear. She walks the walk. I can happily recommend her to any seller!

I was told by other Agents that I would be lucky to get $990,000 for my 1982-era Boca Bath & Tennis Club estate property. Premier Estate Properties’ Colleen Nouhan conveyed the value of the community, lot size and location…and created a rendering for buyers of how my home could be reimagined to maximize its value. Thanks to her unique vision, innovative marketing and educated personal showings, my house just closed at $1.275 Million. I am thrilled!
