After two hours of setting up an account as soon as my wife gave her social security number they hung up. We have not been able to speak with the rep. TP104223. Who we were told was working from home.

I currently work here and I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews on Google about this company. I worked here before in 2015 and had quit because of frustration, but that was just me and not the company. They had told me during training back then that if anyone quit for any reason and they were on good terms with the company, they would be able to come back. That’s what happened and I’m now back wondering why I quit in the first place. Not only is the pay structure good, but they are all inbound calls for Dish network TV (my division). They also get calls for Hughsnet internet, CenturyLink internet, Vivint home security and other departments. I will be able to work from home after 6 weeks of on campus working. I also like the fact that they have numerous schedules to choose from.

The place its unorganized when it comes to rules but very clean and safe from the covid virus.
