This was a terrific experience. I went in and they got everything organized for me. They were very friendly and both people helped with my order. The package got to the place in one day and everything was excellent!!!

I have been using this location for three years now to ship all of my packages. I have an online business, my items are challenging and sometimes heavy and need special attention because they are made of glass.
Every time I go to ups store they are very helpful with reasonable with prices, without them it would be hard for me to succeed in my business.

The owner was pretty rude is an understatement. He started closing the doors 40 minutes earlier, and when I gave him my amazon return labels he made me affix the labels MYSELF onto the package even though that is not in my job description. Never has that been asked of me when doing a return. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because he left the door open and this errand was done. Put on a smile to your clients while the world is crumbling, and make it a little bit happier!
