I can see why Quality One Plus Shoe Repair & Cleaners has all 5 star reviews. They are an example of why you want to “Shop Local!” I brought my Thule Gauntlet Laptop sleeve in today. Stella was repairing some clothing at her sewing machine in the front room. I told her for the past few years the glue on the seams of the has been drying out and the seams have been slowly separating. I tried re-gluing with limited success. I finally had to do something before it felt apart. Stella saw the issue as a challenge. She proceeded to change the thread in her sewing machine and put a smaller foot on her machine to better sew along the perimeter of the laptop sleeve. She reinforced the seams at the opening where the laptop slides in. When I asked her how much I owed her the price she quoted was TOO LOW!! I gave her double what she asked and I still feel like I got a bargain!! I highly recommend Stella and the rest of her family at Quality One Plus Shoe Repair & Cleaners!! Definitely service with a smile!!
