Billabong Boca

My sister and I recently took up roller skating and decided to each purchase a pair of roller skates. We saw Billabong at the Boca Mall and did not expect to receive nothing but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE this past Sunday!! Everyone was incredibly helpful, but Stephen exceeded our expectations with his INCREDIBLE service! He was extremely helpful and super kind and patient to both my sister and myself. Answered the numerous questions we had and made the experience of buying our first skates nothing but a wonderful memory! He even personally helped my sister in picking out the perfect size for her knee pads and loosened the wheels of our skates to make sure we were ready to start! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped us this past Sunday, especially to you Stephen! My sister and I are now skating and are so happy! 😀

Best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Staff was friendly and super helpful in finding me skates in my size! Nice shop too , I’ll definitely come back to check out the clothing!

Manager with a beard has an attitude. Ridicules customers behind their back. Doesn’t deserve to be the manager. Always flat affect and no pleasantries. Like doing you a favor if you are shopping there. Typical Boca person.
