So for the person who left the horrible review due to his idea of over charging this is for you and who ever else that feels this way. First a company is is business to provide a service and make money. 50$ extra for a filter cartridge is more than fair. What you fail to realize is they have to go get it, bring it to you, and install it. It seems to be you fail to realize that that cost a company money for a worker, fuel, and ware on a vehicle, insurance, workers comp, etc. Now on a salt cell you need to also understand that a pool company CAN NOT complete with internet pricing. Best of all if you buy it from the internet or pinch a penny, Leslie’s, or who ever you will not get a warranty from the manufacturer.. You have to have a licensed industry provider sell it to you and install it. That is the reason quality company’s like pentair, jandy, aqua cal, etc do not sell there products on line and if they are it’s clearly states on the box or warranty card that there will be 30day or no warranty if lurched that way. I understand your frustration but there is no excuse for your ignorance. Know what your talking about before being immature and posting your comments online. Now I am not affiliated with this company nor do I used them. I was looking for a pool service company for my other house in there service area. I do how ever own a pool business I’m a licensed CPC contractor in the state. That is how I know my information.

It took me a very long time to figure out their business model, charge a reasonable fee for the basic pool service and then make you pay over $100 for $50 pool filters, over $420 for $200 salt pool cells, $40 for $15 basket covers, etc. After I started buying those items myself, the relationship changed and the quality of the service went down. This summer I got an extra charge for pool salt because of all the rain. I asked how many bags of salt were included in my service and was told that one per month. During the months of November and December of last year I checked the pool salt levels before and after the weekly service and was able to see that no salt was added to the pool during that time period. When I called to find out why, they evaded the question and just kept telling me that they could not believe that I would buy the filters from somewhere else just to save a few bucks. So basically they were very upset because I stopped letting them overcharge me for pool supplies. Pretty amazing.

Someone from this pool company verbally assaulted my wife and daughter on July 3, 2013 in Palm Beach Farms, Boca Raton, Florida. Profanity laden tirade that included several F bombs and a C word for good measure. Real classy operation, very angry workers. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
