WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE

Although I was not at City Towing for the reason of being towed, the young lady, whom is a tow person and Who I was speaking with — is the nicest tow person I think I’ve ever met.

She deserves a Free rides to work.

I’ll be happy to leave a nice review for the nasty dispatcher which is the woman working may 15th 2020 around 11-12 . Wow what a rude person. What a horrible company don’t ever use them even through aaa.

Horrible experience, worse people to deal with, F F F F F avoid at any cost

The worst you can get! Do not call them, lying and very rude. After complaining they hung up on me and told me they’ll not pick my car up.
This is unbelievable but unfortunately so true.
I wonder why this company getting still business from AAA.

The worst company ever customer service rep is horrible, they left a senior citizen stranded on the side of the road, lied and told her his brand new tow truck had brake issues. Called the company and the rep told me I was lying he never told us he had brake problems.
