The service here is great! The representative Alex was an amazing salesman and didn’t mind helping. He was very informative and answered every single question I had about my new iPhone 12 Pro Max! This location is clean and service was just impeccable. Love everything about it. Also the other representative Stacey was working with other customers and how she handled advertising AT&T services was just amazing. Very pleased and impressed with the service I received. 10/10!

I had to buy a new I phone in August and did not want Apple Care or any insurance. My new bill contained a 15 dollar per month fee for insurance I did not request. The store also wanted to buy my old phone for less than 50 percent what it was worth on Ebay and then would only let me use the money for their products but not my Att bill/new phone.
I expect more from ATT
I have always bought my phones directly from Apple in the past because my first experience with ATT in the past was bad. This is when the first iPhones were released and Att was the only distributor.

Switched off to ATT because of the iphone 11 deal. The monthly bill was supposed to be $130 plus tax but in reality when I got the charge it got to be to slightly over $200. And that is after I found out the rep who was working my account put on insurance and another monthly charge on the bill without telling me which he then took off.

Now, because of some manipulations he has done to my account, I am stuck paying around $35/month tax on my $130 plan. What kind of a tax is that???

There are good parts in this story too like getting a new phone and good quality connection attached to it, but messing with the bill and withholding information which takes me a great effort to find out on my own is not cool.
