Dr. Warren is amazing, my husband and I were in Boca Raton in October getting things finalized for our move there in January 2021 when he had a problem with his hip and back. I looked up a chiropractor and found the Wellness Center of Boca Raton. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very friendly and extremely helpful. She said she can get him in that same day.
After seeing the doctor he came to the waiting room to say he wanted to speak to me. I had back surgery 3 years ago with rods and pins and could not move my left leg after surgery. I went for all sort of shots and burning of the nerves and physical therapy in New York. No one could figure out why.
Dr. Warren said he knew exactly what was wrong and started massages
after the 1st day I felt like I got hit by a train which Dr. Warren said I would feel like. He told me to ice and drink plenty of water. By the second time
I was amazed I could lift my leg and walk up stairs like a normal person..
My husband and I saw Dr. Warren 2x’s a week for 3 weeks. We are both
doing awesome and in less pain and I can now walk go up stairs and I feel back to normal. Dr. Warren and Jessica are truly awesome and even called to check up on us to see how we were and if we were doing ok.

Being a first time customer I received excellent customer service from beginning to end. Every portion of my appointment was very thorough and informative.

Jessica the secretary was very welcoming upon our arrival. The procedure for first time customers was seamless with no hassle at all, especially the form fill to provide the doctor.

Dr. David Warren was very transparent and informative with how he operates and evaluates his customers. We conversed about what specific pains or discomforts I had. From there he explained the common causes for it and the procedure (adjustment) he will do to help fix it.

After the evaluation and adjustments made I was brought to Nick the masseuse for a 30 minute deep tissue massage to remove any muscle knots and relieve and nagging pains. The massage was great and much needed however for people who have issues dealing with pain. Make sure to be vocal and let Nick know so he can accommodate the best pressure for you.

At the end of my appointment, I had a final chat with Dr.Warren & he explains the standard next steps in regards to scheduling another appointment . What I appreciated most was he was very honest and upfront in terms of that his office is always open for another appointment but he will never pressure you to book one unless you feel the need to or want one.

Being from NYC I can say my experience with Dr.Warren at The Wellness Center of BocaRaton was the best I have experienced and I would definitely make another trip down to South Florida again just to book another appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr Warren for years and he is truly the best! He cares about you as more than just a patient, he cares about you as a person. I trust him emphatically and highly recommend.
