Hey there everyone. Wanted to report that this is the second time I’ve used this company. They are prompt and courteous. I have older Frigidaire profile appliances I don’t want to replace and these guys get them working again. They carry the parts on the truck and have reasonable rates for a 24/7 service. Highly recommend!

I have to write these guys a review because their customer service is so far superior to other companies I have worked with in Boca Raton. We hired them to repair our clothes dryer and then after that a wine refrigerator. They are fantastic at communicating, they keep you informed about the status of repairs, how far away their technicians are they so you don’t have to ask questions because they are keeping you posted every step of the way. The first repair they did for us we had the issue recur and they came back and fixed it without question during the warranty period. On top of that they are friendly and knowledgeable and it’s really a great overall experience working with them. A lot of companies could learn a lesson from Frigidaire Appliance Repair Boca Raton.

Peter came out to reconnect the gas on a new rangetop and also install. He had some challenges with the placement of the existing hookup and power source, but he was pleasant, and professional and honored the original quote.

I’ve never in my life experienced such unaccommodating, rude, curt behavior from someone who is supposed to be in the service industry. I highly suggest replacing your employee working the front desk / concierge. I have lived in Boca for nearly my entire life and have yet to experience someone as tactless and blatantly disrespectful.

Great Building. I also had a accident with my vehicle but valet fixed it right away. Covered all my cost and fast service. I’m happy with the way they handled the situation.
