Recently, I injured my back exercising. On Christmas Day, I woke up unable to move. Dr. Groman was able to schedule an MRI for the very next morning at 6:30 am. It turned out I had four herniated disks and this caused excruciating pain down my left leg.
I absolutely did not want to go to a doctor and get injections or have surgery, so I was hoping that Dr. Groman could help me, as she came highly recommended.
Dr. Groman began by providing physical therapy, light massage and electrical stimulation. Not only did she help me with recovering from my immediate injury, but has helped me to get my back stronger and healthier than it has ever been. She is more than a chiropractor, she is a doctor who believes in whole body wellness. She cares about her patients deeply. She has been a life saver!

Dr. Groman is not unlike a little sister – cute, friendly and everyone adores her. She is like a big brother – She will beat ya up and get you into shape and protect you from whatever tries to harm you. She is equivalent to a father – incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, strong and a leader for your life. and best of all Dr. Groman is your mother – She will get on you about doing the wrong thing, make sure you have what you need to face the world and nurture you into good health. She will make you feel special with care and attention unparalleled in the industry.
When I walk into the Abundant Health offices I feel like I am home,. I feel safe and sound and that all my worries of this crazy universe are gone away. I feel healed. I feel like a real person and I feel I am part of a wonderful family.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve visited many chiropractors in South Florida and in some foreign countries when I’ve been away on assignments and with that said, I must say, Dr. Jane Groman is at the “TOP” of the list.
Her extensive knowledge, skills, techniques and advice has helped me improve my lower back and neck issues in an almost miraculous way when the issues flair up. Besides her amazing talent, her office is calming and her staff is very friendly. I always leave my appointment feeling better and with a smile on my face.

I went to Dr Groman about 2 months ago because of chronic neck and back pain. I have been to chiropractors in the past but never had the same experience. I was very impressed by the first consultation and friendly staff . I like her holistic approach that treats the whole body and mind . Dr Groman gave a thorough exam and asked detail questions to arrive at the best treatment for me. These treatments include electro muscle stimulation, mechanical traction in the neck, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, moist heat therapy and exercise therapy. I am amazed at the results in just a short time. Dr Groman offers a wellness care and nutritional program as well. She is very attentive and compassionate. I am recommending her to my family and friends

I have been seeing Dr Jane Groman for over 2 months now. My experience at her practice has been outstanding. I went to see her because of lower back and neck issues/pain.
