If you are looking for a very smooth mortgage process, then contact Kim Foglesong ASAP! I received frequent updates as to the status of my loan, and Kim and her team were always available for any questions I had. The technology of Academy Mortgage is top notch which made everything easy for me to either sign or upload documents. And with a busy hectic job like mine, this was super important to me so that I could submit everything at my convenience but in a timely manner. Last but not least…..she had me approved and Clear To Close BEFORE my scheduled closing date!!! Great experience. I will be recommending Kim to anyone I know that needs a mortgage. You ROCK!!

Is there anything better than 5 stars because Jeff Brown needs a few more. His attentiveness to my application, his professionalism throughout the entire process, his communication is truly available 7 days a week, and I was basically hands off. Jeff and his team handled everything. Then when I was obtaining Flood insurance, he had recommendations which saved me over $1000.00 I recommend Jeff and Academy Insurance for all your lending needs. Thank You again, you made the process very easy.
