If you want an accountant who returns your phone calls and emails, this is not the one for you. When I got a bill from the IRS for nearly $900 in “failure to file” penalties, guess who didn’t file the extension I asked him to, and said he did. Now, he is nowhere to be found after numerous pleas via email and phone. If he had owned up to his mistake, I would not be writing this review, as we all make mistakes. But to hide one’s head in the sand is just “bad form”.
