Dr Perretto is every patient’s dream! She has an incredible and wide knowledge base. She educates her patients better and more completely than anyone we have encountered. Dr Perretto is a fierce patient advocate, treats the whole person, is encouraging and realistic. She has earned our greatest respect, undying gratitude and admiration for going above and beyond in pursuit of her patients wellbeing and success. She has assembled an incredibly gifted team and has made the transition to covid friendly care seamless. I do not think you could find anyone more capable or committed to fight on behalf of Ehler’s Danlos patients than Dr Marcia Perretto. She’s definitely a hero in this journey!

Dr. Marcia is not your typical physical therapist. She works 1:1 with each of her patients. She truly loves what she does and it really shows. Her use of clinical pilates in her practice is unique and life changing. Dr. Marcia goes above and beyond!

I have EDS and have had some horrible experiences with therapy solutions in the past until I met Dr. Perretto. I found Dr Peretto on the Ehlers-Danlos website under the list of Doctors they have approved. She is absolutely amazing and her knowledge of EDS is extensive! I travel an hour each way for my appointment each week and it’s changing my life, making me stronger (physically and mentally) and decreasing my pain tremendously- along with giving me tools and knowledge that I can take with me and incorporate into my daily life. I am forever grateful and blessed to have Dr Peretto in my life- She is a generous, brilliant and extremely gifted practitioner who truly cares about you as a whole.

I have been doing physical therapy for my knees for about 17yrs, living in 9 different states, with possibly 30 different therapists: Best in New York, Los Angeles, sports, alternative… you name it. Dr Perretto is absolutely one of the best in her field. She does not just do a general routine like most I have been to. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement..she even ‘crawled on her knees’ while I walked, pulling and poking until I gave her pain free feed back.. and only when she truly knew what helped my ‘individual’ case did she create a plan for my recovery. I feel truly blessed that I found such a guru in Boca!

I have had the absolute best experience with Dr. Perretto! Originally was somewhere else for my neck and getting results, but very slowly because it was hard to determine what was exactly wrong. Not a problem once I started coming to Actify Physiotherapy. My neck felt better within one session. She is very knowledgeable, takes pride in what she does, and will do whatever it takes to help her patients feel better! I highly recommend her to anyone, and will continue to see her. 5 stars
