It’s been 3 three years since completion and we still are thrilled and amazed by Mitch’s design. His vision was incredible and team was very accommodating on all fronts. My husband and I worked with Brian Collins, of Affiniti Architects to design our home in Myrtle Beach, SC. Brian listened to our wish list as well as asked us pointed and thoughtful questions about exactly what we were hoping to accomplish with our design. Brian took everything we spoke about, added his own unique perspective and creativity, and designed what can only be described as a dream home. Mitch Kunik and his associates at Affiniti were wonderful to work with. My husband and I have built 3 homes here at Ocean Reef, this experience after building with 2 different architects, was by far the best. We sat down with Mitch, and after our first meeting, he returned with a sketch that was right on, it never changed. I don’t know of anyone else that can visualize like Mitch. You don’t realize how important your architect is to your project. He was always there to help us, the contractor and designer through the whole process. He never let us down.
