This auction company sells replicas that are advertised as authentic Cartier goods. Glen, the president, emailed and told me I had 7 days to return anything and then refused to accept my return. As of now I am out almost $40,000, but have a lawsuit pending.

Stay away from this auction company!

Paid my invoice three weeks ago, called and left 4 messages. No return calls and no product. This is not how I would describe an ethical business.
Be advise before you send your money!

I purchased a ring through Live Auctioneers. The stone was out of the ring. I immediately contacted Glen Walters at Allure Antique Auction and sent photos of the stone separated from the setting. He offered $20 back on the ring to have it reset. I knew it would cost much more than that to have the stone reset in a David Yurman ring but accepted it anyway as I felt it wasn’t intentionally sent damaged.
Months have passed but I have not received the $20. The last correspondence I received said “Yes we owe you a $20 bill”. That was a month ago. I’ve made repeated attempts to contact Glen since but he does not respond. I will be contacting Live Auctioneers.
If you don’t want to be taken advantage of and lied to, don’t do business with this company.
