Amelia Collection is a well produced seasonal line of children’s clothing. Their brands will ensure that you stand out from the crowd. I’ve had the most pleasant shopping experience from this clothing boutique. The owner really goes the extra mile, from packaging to delivery.

This company is by far the worst experience I have dealt with. Sara at Amelia J. Collection responded to my complaint of extremely delayed shipping and bent feathers and tulling from poor packaging by telling me they did nothing wrong. After I advised her that I would be going public with her response, she then called me a bully and said she didn’t my business or the business of anyone who reviewed my complaint. I will now be filing a complaint with BBB and the attorney state general for the damaged products and poor business practices. I will also post all responses from Sara. Her Customer service skills leaves much to be desired. Using name calling when a customer has an issue is outrageous and disgusting.
