Lately, when I visited this store in Boca Mall ( American Eagle) there was very poor service, the manager named Chris was really unfriendly and had attitude because I came to return something.
For now I am going to by only online! Even I am working close to this place.
What is different service between American Eagle an Aerie even the same company. Aerie’s employees was friendly and nice.

Everybody there was flying around getting it done. Store was clean everybody had on masks and were very polite. My wife and I where really impressed.
-We will definitely be back 🙂

I had such a great experience! I needed help finding a pair of jeans so Juliette helped me try and find a pair. She was SO nice and helpful, she went through every avenue to help me. This location should be proud to have an associate like her!!

I just want to say, Angelica(manager) is so awesome! she’s made me feel comfortable while visiting and is the sweetest person, absolutely beautiful! Look forward to coming back, thank you Angelica! And I love the store already!

I have been shopping at this store for my son for years, even though most people think it’s a high school type of store it really isn’t they have the best pricing on jeans the best quality.
They even have the new flex fit for men so if you have a different type of body style for men those jeans fit perfect. And everything was 40% off so how could you beat that?
Keep up the good work I’ve been going in that store for over 15 years….
