As an independent Transaction Coordinator, I deal with many title companies and attorneys. American Fidelity Title is by far one of the worst I’ve dealt with. Very much lacking in customer service and responsiveness. It took contacting the VP to get any action and even then service was lacking. Glad to have this transaction closed and hoping not to have to work with them again.
I spoke to Mandy in the Boca office. Mandy was very friendly, cheerful and quite helpful.
Great experiences with this title company. Amy, Stacey, Mandy are all professionals – following through on every detail and making all parties to the transaction happy! Highly recommend !
Called for verification for one of my clients… Rudest customer service ever… If Mandy isn’t happy with her job Mandy needs a new one. Horrible experience for client & myself… I bet you treat your customers poorly ;-/
