terrible company with non-existent customer service

Their service was fine (expensive) but upon learning that they wanted to charge our tenants sales tax to the contrary of what our CPA’s and other sub metering companies were telling us, we decided to change companies. Upon that decision, their customer service just shut down. Not willing to help us in any way or provide the plans of where the meters were installed. “We have no obligation” is what I was told. Terrible.
