I find this branch location to be very convenient and have always received excellent service. I generally use the drive-through banking and totally appreciate the Commercial Lane for business transactions. The staff in that area of the bank are friendly and provide terrific service in a timely manner.

I opened up a bank account and the bank teller by the name of jason walk up to me to belp me. He did not inform me about the account he was opening, he just give me an opportunity account and it is the worst. I walked in about 2 month later to put money in my account and a cashier inform me about a credit card. I told him i would like to open one up but the only one that was available was jason. I had a bad feeling as soon i as saw him. He was looking pale and drunk. He opened my account told me it was a secured card and that i need a $300 balance plus the my card was going to be delivered in 14 work days. I got my card 2 months later. He also told me my card will graduate in 6 month and i will receive my my money back and it hasnt graduated still and it has been a year.
P.S. wells fargo sucks
