I booked online for a particular price. The price went up when I got to the agency, but I was assured it would be the amount I booked for online when I turned the car in. I kept the car 2 extra days and price went up over $100. It was perfectly absurd and even the guy at the rental return counter couldn’t figure it out. Plus the car had an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. I had to wear a mask for the entire 2 hour ride to and from my destination. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

I decided to get a car for one day. So I got a last minute call to check if anything available. The guy gave me a good price and very quickly service. So in one hour I was able to pick the car and enjoy the ride. The deal was very affordable.

I’ve dealt with this store the last 18 years
I keep coming back because they are genuinely concerned with getting my rental right for me, the customer.
Sometimes I need something right away and they always get it right. Thank you!

I am beyond disgusted with Avis and especially this location. I rented a car for a week and paid over $200 for a basic car. When I went to return it there was a tiny bit of dog hair on the back seat. It wasn’t even from my dog. It was from a blanket I took out of my broken car and had in the rental car for a day. They told me they were going to charge me $150. There was no damage or stains or anything disrespectful done to this vehicle. God knows I paid enough for the week use of the car that I should not have to worry about cleaning it before I return it. I was on call at the hospital and had to get to work. But now I had to go to a gas station and vacuum the car and bring it back gleaming clean while the guys at Avis stood around their shop vac doing nothing. Of course things never go easily when in these situations. The card reader wouldn’t work. So I had to go get cash and then wait in line to get quarters. The first vacuum I paid for didn’t have almost any suction. So I had to go back on and get more quarters to use the second vacuum. It’s also over 90 degrees at this point in the day. I returned the car gleaming clean. As I was leaving I saw the guy whose job it is to clean the car holding the vacuum in one hand not really vacuuming the freshly vacuumed clean car and holding a phone in his other hand talking to a friend. I took a video in case anyone from Avis is curious to see what they pay their staff for. This was also after I tried to call Avis to extend the rental for an entire month and I could not get customer service. So Avis, Sixt has your business that you did not care to have for a month of rental! I will NEVER EVER use Avis again. EVER.

Awesome little hidden gem of a place. Laid back and very nice staff. But that super friendly John is always on vacation! 😊 they have a wide variety of vehicles, I just rented a Ford Fusion they had adaptive cruise control, active forward Collision mitigation warning, blind spot monitoring and Lane departure warning. Plus it was a hybrid and it was 2020 and newer. He’s got all the good stuff, but he’s usually in the keys on his jet skis
