Cindy is amazing at what she does!

I’ve been going to Back Bay for quite some time now. I originally found the salon through Rachel who went above and beyond on my hair every single time. I like to switch colors and styles semi often and she never misses a beat! I recently went elsewhere as, Rachel is currently unavailable, and had by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. Not only was the environment extremely cold and unfriendly but the results of my hair were no where near what I was trying to achieve. I contacted Rachel in my dismay and she helped set up a color correction with Diane the very next day. Diane saved me. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate me last minute and I am so grateful. One of the many things I love about Back Bay is how all the ladies consult with one another to achieve the best results. Back bay is a hidden gem in Boca in my opinion. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my hair. The environment is clean, warm and friendly, and they truly achieve the results I’m looking for every time. Thank you to all the ladies at Back Bay for making my hair dreams come true!

Great experience at the best place in Boca Raton. Great hair stylist in a friendly atmosphere. If you want great service and people that take their time making sure you are happy, this is the place. Caroline is terrific and Diane will make sure you never forget an appointment. Once you go to Back Bay, you won’t go anywhere else!

The owner Cindy is a color goddess! I’ve had my hair highlighted for years and people think it’s natural as she does everything perfectly. Her entire group of gals are just amazing and they are always smiling and love what they do.

If you want a great place to have a quality hair experience and not want to worry about the Boca attitude- this is your place. These ladies are literally so nice.
