Canceled my cruise in April of 2020 due to the COVID-19 and been waiting on my refund, been told that I should receive my refund in the beginning of January 2021. I called to see the update on my refund status and was told that I should receive an email of when my money would come and wait 2 weeks to receive now we are in February and I been calling getting told the same thing that I should receive my money in February but I still haven’t received my money, we are about to enter March 2021 and I still haven’t got my money times is hard due to COVID-19 and I need my money to pay my bills but you guys keep giving me the run around about the status of my money I call to speak to representatives and they always say that I should receive an email but I haven’t received an email yet I’m very disappointed in you guys I been told that I would receive my money in January 2021 and I will be the one the the first ones to receive my money.

ITS ABOUT TO MAKE 10 MONTHS SINCE I BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT MY REFUND I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN I NEED MY MONEY THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I NEED MY 1,043.80 DOLLARS ASAP JUST A BUNCH OF FRAUDS

Booked a cruise for March 2020. Made the trip from Ohio to Florida calling the entire trip , to Florida to ask if we were going to be able to sail. We were assured repeatedly that we would. Day before the trip they called and canceled. It then took from the beginning of March to the end of May, daily phone calls, text messaging, and leaving comments on their Facebook page, I finally received a refund. DO NOT TRUST ANY REFUND POLICY THAT THEY TELL YOU!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Was told I would receive a full refund in 14 days. 14 days turned into 30 days, then 60 days, then was told not sure when.. went to Wells Fargo to dispute the charge. Bahamas Paradise Cruise DISPUTED THE CLAIM!!!! Wells Fargo told me I had to deal directly with these THIEVES due to federal mandates. They told that I would definitely receive the refund within 2 weeks.. its been over a month. I’ll see you in court!

UPDATE: It will be one year in March and still have not received a refund !!!!

The cruise line cancelled our cruise 2 weeks before. We requested a refund on March 1st and we are still waiting. We were originally told it would take 7-10 business days, then 30 days, then 45, then 2 billing cycles. I am past all of these time frames. I called last week and they said they were expediting my refund so I should have it in 24-48 hours. Still nothing. I have called back 3 times since then and was told today that they have done everything they can and don’t know when it will be. Not very good customer service. All but 2 people have been very rude out of 8 calls to this company.
