Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

In my opinion it does not even deserve 1 star. Very few cashiers, extremely long line, no drive through and customer service lady with HUGE ego and bad attitude.

It’s a bank. Nothing remarkable.

If I could give them a zero I would. The teller Anne lied to my face about my account and their is apparently nothing anyone can do. She should not have a job then maybe she would understand the importance of someone bank account.

Worst BoA branch ever. Busy bank with only 2 tellers. As of today the 21st of October at 2:22pm the bank is closed even though their hours on the door say open till 4pm. Again, BoA manages to waste my time.

The slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Been here dozens of times at different hours of the day. They’re consistently understaffed.

They even downsized their inside teller area recently to accommodate fewer people. 20 person line and only 2 people working the front desk. And 1 dedicated greeter out front who doesn’t help the line move along. Ridiculous.

I’ve never gone here and didn’t have to wait 15+ minutes in a line for something that would take a minute at any other bank. But it’s the only full-size bank in the area, so there’s no incentive for them to treat customers better.
