DR. BRIAN SNELLING AND TEAM SAVED MY LIFE TWICE IN 2020. I HAD AN 8MM IN JANUARY AND A 5MM IN JULY….YOU CAN’T GET BETTER THAN THIS DOCTOR OR THIS HOSPITAL

I’ve been trying to call for a follow up appointment with Dr. Patel, and the line to make an appointment has had me on hold for more than 10 minutes three times today, 12/01/2020. I will keep trying but I am going to write them a letter. It is very unreasonable hold time. I have things I need to do and cannot be on eternal hold! Supervisors need to know about this issue.

Dr Vrionis has done my second spinal surgery in the last 14 years. He is an excellent surgeon, he takes the time to explain the procedure, risks and all the possible outcomes. I have always had excellent outcomes from his surgeries. He is a very gifted surgeon and an asset to MNC.

I have been in the phone all day trying to get someone to pickup the dam phone. I have left 7 messages with Dr. Faktorovich assist Faktorovich assist to.call back. Says they will within 24 hours, it’s been 7 days. This is not acceptable and this is the very first time posting a negative review. You all need to have better commuation with your patients.

Today, ACL surgery was done on my right knee. I’m so thankful for doing the surgery at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. I was well taken care of and I couldn’t ask for better service.
