This is a wonderful community. Many residents have lived here since the very beginning (some part time between their northern homes). The location is amazing and for the price, there’s nothing like it in highly desirable East Boca Raton.
As of May 2020, the only drawback is the fact that the $20 Million renovation is underway. This has caused the obvious construction state of the neighborhood…it’s kind of a mess. However, they are in the final stages and will be done by the end of 2020. When the renovations are complete, this hidden gem of a neighborhood will be AMAZING.
I’m glad I bought my unit prior to the renovation being completed as I strongly believe the prices will be rising quite a bit once construction is done.

Just a visitor, but it’s a neat community. They need to speed along the concrete rehabilitation on the buildings which has been going on for years now, but overall a good experience.

Such a cute neighborhood. Looks sort of like Venice when traveling by boat. Awesome pools & wonderful landscape. The clubhouse is in the works and Im sure when it is finished it will def add to the Bayou.
