Amazing hotel that really has it all. We had a wonderful experience getting out of NY for a much needed beach vacation. You really dont have to leave the hotel for anything, its all there. Marci took really good care of us after our room wasn’t available because of a snow storm in NY preventing guest form being able to leave and rooms opening up. She and the staff go above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant and stress free experience.

The resort is beautiful but be prepared for nickel and dime tactics. For example: Beach chairs are “complimentary” but the umbrellas set up beside each chair are $35. 🙂
Certainly not a relaxing way to start a beach morning being hounded for umbrella money.
We have also had a very difficult time getting the hotel and spa to answer phone calls. But that could be a staffing issue due to covid.

We recently stayed at the property and had an amazing time. The service at the hotel was exceptional, the food was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. We left looking forward to our next stay.
The overall service we received from everyone (from the valet guy to the beach attendant), is certainly among the very best we have received at any hotel we have ever stayed. While every employee we came in contact with was friendly, personable, and went above and beyond to tend to our every need, Jackie (front office supervisor) stood out and helped make our stay very special and hassle free. She quickly responded and resolved any question, request, or issue we had. When we arrived at the hotel, she made us feel like we had known her for years and were returning home. Devoted employees like her are hard to come by and are the ingredient that makes seasoned travelers want to keep coming back to a property.
With COVID going on, we also appreciated all of the effort the staff is taking to consistently wear PPE and disinfect commonly used areas between guests, and the measures they have taken to minimize the possibility of spreading the disease. We have stayed in 7-10 different hotels since the pandemic started and this property is doing far more than any of them in order to make guests feel safe.
My hats off to the entire team at Boca Beach Club for doing such a fantastic job! We can’t wait to go back.

Unbeatable location. Friendly staff. Good covid precautions. Hilton status recognition is… limited. Nevertheless, a good time and worth checking out; just temper your status benefits expectations. As others have mentioned, you likely will get only minor category upgrades and only $15 breakfast credit (continental is ~$25 + tax+ tip and real breakfast is ~35+ tax + tip). Our second stay has been much more enjoyable than our first as we went in expecting & preparing for the lack of status recognition.

A true great and marvelous resort for anyone, family, honeymooners. You get utmost attentive services with texting. Whatever you want, text, they are right there for you. You also get a private beach, two swimming pools, beach covered cabanas, cabana beds by the pool, etc. Like most high-class resorts, parking here is $49 per day, guest visiting parking is $28. If you are a Hilton Honor member, you get $30 per day credit to use, food or services. Beach benches are no charge but if you needed an umbrella, $32 per day or $320 for a two-sleeper covered cabana on the beach. The prices for food poolside bar is reasonable and there is a tag tied to each bench or chair which you can just scan with your to order your food and drinks. The view of the sunrise is breathtaking. The ocean water is clear, waves are not huge
and the sand is not powdery white. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast place with the table not being cleaned. I had to ask the servers twice to wipe down the table. Please take notes for breakfast items, Coffee $5, OJ $5, toast (2 pieces with butter and jam) $8, eggs, meat and potatoes $21. Room charge for two nights, plus tax and charges total around $1600, not counting any food prices. The room is nice but not spectacular. I do highly recommend this place to visit. I will visit again.
