Horrible experience with this doctor. She completely abandoned me in the middle of the treatment, needing a refill for my thyroid medicine. I had checked her reviews before, and even though it wasn’t the best, I decided to try out.
We had a 2 hours first appointment after I filled out several pages of information. She knew everything about me and asked for some lad exams. The total of these exams were $5k, which shocked me. My experience paid most of it because I had met my high deductible but still I had to pay $500.
I sent her an email asking how we could continue with the treatment in a less costly way as on January 1st my deductible would be too high. I asked her what was really necessary and that my mais concern was my thyroid medicine, and never heard from her again. Irresponsible, careless and very expensive. I understand medicine prices can be high, but there are ways to accommodate a patient when they need your help and are not able to spend thousands of dollars in blood exams.
A huge disappointment. Never had a doctor leaving me like this. Had to rush to find another doctor. And thankfully, I did.
