Very pleasant and professional staff. Always feel comfortable with Dr. Rowland as he listens before prescribing.

I was seen right away. Doctor Roland is very attentive and did not rush thru appointment. I love they actually do the lab work there as far as taking blood and urine without having to go to a third party. Seem very up to date managing processes with technology. Very pleasant experience.

The worst place ever. Person on the phone was screaming at me , interrupting. She was very rude. I’m not saying that doctors is bad. But personal on reception are terrible. They made an appointment for me and forgot about it. So I needed to call back and explain everything. She asked me my weight , I said 48kg she asked me how much pounds, I said sorry I don’t know this system , I’m from another country and she started to scream at me that I have to know! The same was with the name of symptoms in English! Really!? If person don’t know English perfect think twice before to be irritating that’s mean this person know more then one language !!! Better to go to another place! I have never people like this before.

Dr Rowland’s office has went completely downhill. It used to be a nice experience.. but now staff and dr Rowland himself (if you can even get a hold of them in the first place…) are EXTREMELY impatient, rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. This office does not allow you a client doctor relationship at all. Highly suggest switching doctors to someone who cares more about your well being.

Dr Rowland is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He spends time with me to make me feel confident I have a great talented professional that is interested in my health and well being. Dr Rowland’s practice is focused on the patient and not just an in and out patient processing office. I trust him 100% and my whole family now goes to him exclusively.
