Boca Home Health

Now called Apex Home Health and is most definitely the worst agency on planet Earth. Did not show up for three visits over the course of a week for my father’s wound care (dressing changes) as prescribed by the doctor at the Wound Care Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. To add insult to injury, they billed my dads medicare (and were paid) just under $3000 for services they did not perform. Their office is basically run by an answering machine and they rarely call back in a timely manner. When they did call back, they made up stories about how they did call back and left a message. The FL Agency for Healthcare Administration should pull this agencies license. My father has had the need for in home nursing care several times over the last decade. This agency is by F A R the worst. Again, their name now is Apex Home Health. Please beware.
