waited almost 2 months trying to get an appointment. i explained that it was semi urgent each time and each time i was assured they’d get back to me within 24hrs. i never heard back from them. i finally gave up and called a different place and had an appointment scheduled within minutes. avoid this place if you have ANY other options. very disappointed.

I loved this place at its old location and with Anita Reyes . Although the office is clean and their front staff is friendly , my complaint is with the doctor . I waited almost an hour for 15 minutes with her . I did my annual physical with labs done, the doctor did not ask me to schedule an appointment to come back to review it or if I’ll get a call about my labs . Even the front staff looked confused when I said that. I will not come back to this place because of the ridiculous wait time and how the doctor never followed up with me . AND I had to pay for those labs too when I normally don’t !

Wonderfully skilled doctors. Relaxed ambiance. Always a positive experience. The online patient portal is important to keep track of test results and enhance communication.

The staff are wonderful. Very thorough, kind and I feel they really listen to you. Most doctors’ offices make you wait forever and then spend only a few minutes with you. Here you still may wait a normal amount of time to be seen, but they spend time with you asking questions, they are friendly and concerned, they don’t just take your vitals and rush you out. And the nurse practitioner I have dealt with was alway fantastic and has a great “bedside manner.” I would highly recommend this office.

The best staff of professionals ever. Dr. Simkin gets to the core of the problems and takes care of it immediately. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and they work together beautifully. I was feeling dizzy all day and was able to make an appointment the very same day and was treated at the office. Very happy to have found this group and I highly recommend them.
