Boca Medical Supply

These guys were awesome!!! Called and they answered —no robotic phone system or anything.

Came to the store and they walked us through everything as well as sorted our insurance very quickly.

All awesome people and we were pleasantly surprised!!!

Broke my leg, great staff to help me get back moving around. Worked with my insurance to make it a hassle free process.

I find the service and employees attitude exceptional. I needed to find a walker for my mom and they were very helpful and patient.

This place is a scammer…their prices are 30 to 40 percent higher then listed prices anywhere…example…they purchases a 3 pack heel lift for $7.00 and repackages each one separately and sells them for $19.00 each…that is $57.00 that is a 815% markup…that is price gauging…
Next they list Sitz bath on their site for $11.59 and when you go to the store the price is $19.99 and when I questioned the sales lady, her answer was I do not make the decision or own this business…I am sure on every item they are price gouging vulnerable seniors who do not have time to or know how to do price checking…Find other source and stay away from this store until they price ethically or go out of business. I plan to contact the Consumer Protection Agency and Elder Abuse line and file an officially complain…Shame on the owners.

I have been to Boca Medical Supply many times for my Mom.  Heres my breakdown:

1) Customer Service: Customer service is phenomenal! I don’t think I have ever interacted with a nicer staff. Anytime I need anything, they are always there to help.  They are very knowledgable about their items and answer all of your questions.

2) Appearance/Inventory: It is a decent sized shop and has a variety of selection for all of their equipment. What they don’t have, they can always order which is a plus.The Shop itself is always clean. Zero clutter and nicely organized. Very nice atmosphere.

3) Delivery:  I live in NYC and my Moms is in Boca. We had a very dangerous situation. My Mom had rolled over to the bed next to her in her sleep. I needed to get bed rails ASAP. I called them from NYC at 9am and they not only took the time to go over all the options with me (online) but they set up delivery fro the same day! Giving me real peace of mind.

I have made Boca Medical Supply the only place I will go for any of our medical supply needs. You should do the same!!!
