I can not express in words how thankful I am to have found Tracy. She has helped me transform my life and continues to do so. When I first started therapy with Tracy, I had a lot of self-doubt and little confidence in myself. I would overthink everything, and those thoughts would cause anxiety in me. After just two sessions, I realized my thoughts were changing, and I truly started to live. The seven path program is truly a skill you will carry on through your daily life. She genuinely cares for your success and growth in her patience and will go above and beyond with sincere intentions. Going to her has been the best investment I have ever made for myself. She has given me clarity and helped me with my life so much so that I started my own company through skills she has helped me gain. Her Coaching skills on top of Hypnotherapy is a huge plus. Forever grateful for Tracy and her life-changing program.

My third session with Tracy was a remote session at home. I was a little skeptical because the first two were in her office and were great.  I found a very private area in my home with a recliner and the session was wonderful. Just as good as being in the office. I would highly recommend at home sessions as it alleviates going out in this new environment of social distancing.

Tracy is a skilled and compassionate coach! She has a wonderful way of guiding you right to the point where it is most helpful to focus your attention and be successful. She is always caring and intuitive. I always felt at ease in every hypnosis session and came away with new insights and motivation. I highly recommend her!
