Boca Raton Plaza Hotel & Suites

Booked a non smoking room, arrived at hotel and room reeked of cigarettes, room 423 to be exact. Nobody is ever at the front desk, there is no cable or satellite TV in the rooms, WiFi does not work and the plump guy in front refused to give us new towels after already being there four nights with no replacement towels during the entire stay. At all costs avoid this hotel.

Located next to a major roadway and with that comes major roadway noise. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the conversations of people through the walls. I didn’t know, but they throw parties at the pools on weekends with music and everything. Super loud and impossible if you’re just trying to sleep, great if you wanted a party. Probably my fault for not checking but smoking is allowed on the property so walking through reeks of cigarette smoke. The tub in the shower wouldn’t drain, and the beds were pretty hard. We also had spider webs all over the night side table.

Have been going here for over 15 years. My 20 yr old spent his childhood days here and now my 2 girls are too! The staff is amazing and friendly. Food is awesome and even the customers make you feel welcome. Love this place. Would give it 10 stars!

I’ve been there in the evening to watch and listen to some live outdoor music. Nice outside bar with good service and good drinks. Don’t get to drunk and fall in the pool.

A waste basket other than the one in the bathroom would be helpful for trash. The appearance was outstanding & extraordinary. Comfortable bed and pillows. It would be helpful to have a note or sign in the room telling new arrivals how to access the pool/spa. I arrived last night and do far a good buy. Parking late at night can be challenging
