I have known Joan Poulton since 2013. She came highly from recommended from a friend and she helped me purchase my first condo. Joan is a down to earth honest professional person who is very well-versed in the details of getting the sale done correctly Joan also really takes the time to understand what your looking for and what your needs are . In 2018 I purchased my second home with Joan it went just as smoothly as the first and when I moved into my new home she helped me rent out my condo. As of 2020 I have left Florida for work and she rented out my 2nd home as well. I completely trust Joan and would never think to use anyone else. This being the second time I was buying a house and the budget for it being greater than a million I was picky. Joan was very patient and showed me a lot of homes. She especially did a good job co-ordinating all the showings (12 on one particular day) since I was buying a house in Florida but was still based in Michigan then. There was one particular day of showing when she was not well but she made arrangements to have her colleague cover for her and made sure my trip to Florida did not get wasted and that I got to see the houses I had wanted to see. I would like to mention that she handled a very agitated seller (I had made an offer on a house which I later cancelled) very smartly and intelligently and avoided a potential lawsuit. I highly recommend her.
