I have been trying to reach this office since November 2020 and never a call back. I purchased a one year package and only used it once and never able to make an appt or get through to call them. Horrible stay away. they will take your money and not honor their agreement.

They have not communicated anything about reopening. I paid upfront in June 2020, received less than half my services, and they have been closed since November. It is now March 2021 and they still have a voicemail saying they will be closed into January 2021. No option to receive a refund. No hope of reopening.
They said it was due to COVID but their own employees chose not to wear masks when treating patients.

Same as other reviewer! I paid up front due to Groupon for 1 year up front and it was supposed to be unlimited laser sessions… After first session they said I have to go back every 5 weeks. Everytime I tried to schedule they were always rescheduling, it is not unlimited! It was never consistent with them and the lady doing the laser was very very rude! After 2nd session they closed due to covid for a few weeks. It’s been 5 months and they have yet to open! No one answers the phone, I went in person and it is closed! I demand my money I paid upfront so I can go to a more professional place! Beware!

do not waste your money! I tried really hard to work this out with them but eventually decided to get my money back. I came in for laser hair removal and paid upfront for 1 year of unlimited treatments anywhere on the body. That is what they advertise and that is what I paid for but that is NOT what I received. Not only is the aesthetician extremely rude but they also NEVER have appointments available so 1 year of unlimited treatments ends up being a lot less than that. The final straw for me was when they closed due to “COVID precautions” and then said that they would open a few weeks later, then pushed it off another month and then told everyone that laser hair removal packages expire May 2021 for everyone. They offer great prices but it’s just not worth it. Its a beautiful office and I hope management take cares of their serious problems.

Love this place! My best friend and I just got to the age of slowly starting fillers/botox, and went here for our first time. We now won’t be going anywhere else! The staff is great and we feel so welcomed and comfortable here. They perform great work and are super nice and understand of your personal needs!
