Boca Villa Apartments

I am thrilled with the building, maintenance, and amenities. What really makes Boca Villa so amazing is the staff. Everyone I have met have been courteous and extremely helpful. I want to give a special shout out to the Property Manager for responding to any concerns I have quickly. Even after I “signed” my lease, staff was there to answer any questions I had in a timely manner and made the whole leasing/move in process run smoothly.

Great place to live! Gabriel, the property manager, is great – very friendly and responsive. The new management team is doing a fantastic job overall. Prime location (close to the beach, US1, and I95 without any of the noise or traffic – and just a few minutes away from Atlantic Ave in Delray for food, dining & nightlife), well-maintained apartments, and a beautiful outdoor space. Love living here!

Great place to live

Gabriel, the maintenance man is great, but otherwise, the property isn’t managed. They just collect the rent and the grass gets mowed twice a month, but policies aren’t enforced and other landscaping isn’t seen to. The complex is near good retail, and the neighborhood is safe but the rental company doesn’t communicate at all except for the rent payment receipt. Rents all around SoFlo are high, but there are no amenities here other than a pool and a couple of grills, and laundry is in a shared room. There are much better values around here – complexes with business centers, playgrounds, and in unit washers and dryers, for less money. Check those before coming here.

We have been pleased with this apartment complex and their staff. Gabe who does maintenance, helps with any issues right away. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The place is a little older – but I think that’s common with many buildings/homes in Boca and this area in general. Overall we are pleased with this place.
