absolutely the worse service i’ve ever had. Dr. Dana Jacobs office should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been trying to get the nurse to call me back to reschedule my appointment. Even the receptionist said “ i see you left several messages, i don’t know why she’s not calling you back” Hence a week later and still no call back. so i found myself a new primary. clearly this office could care less about the health and well being of their patients. They also never called me with my blood work and there where issues. I finally called them 2 weeks later. Now trying to get my medical records is also proven to be a task. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes they send me to a voicemail that is full . What kinda place is this ?? i am loosing my patience, if i can’t get through by tomorrow, i will be filing a HIPPA complaint !
