Parkway squares in Tallahassee is horrible I can’t get maintance to fix my ac it’s been broke for 6 weeks now and have made multiple complaints and request. Will be seeking legal advice!!! This complex is horrible

Carlyle at Bartram Park in Javksonville is horrible. They never return voice mails. My washer went out last weekend and they say it takes over a week to receive a new one. They don’t even call to say when it is being delivered I have to follow up myelf. I could go purchase my own washer and dryer and it be delivered faster. All they want to do is make money for themselves and not put anything to make the community better. If you want to live at a place where there is no customer service from management then this is the place for you.

Audubon Park Apartments. Daphne, Alabama.
Moved in this year, later found out property has no gutters. Water ran down side walls causing moisture.which then turned into something in my unit.Multiple inspections by staff. Given no resolve I was told it was beyond maintenance until repairs were made on the exterior . I asked to transfer into another apartment and was told due to my repeated maintenance requests and communications, they were kicking me out due to my requests for repair. The poor person in charge became so hostile in her responses. Forceful verbal tactics were used, the poor dear, raising her voice in front of office staff at myself and insisting, I sign a document to break the lease and if I did not ,I had to stay in the damp environment. I am an elderly 76 year old and former pastors wife, who understands the stress that these people endure to fill vacancies listed, by their superiors. I believe at heart they are good people, but it was not shown. It is not my place to judge the owner or management.Sadly, it was demanded that I sign and give up my rights to any refund , I was also instructed to pay nearly 700.00 for 20 days in July for a unit that requires attention prior to habitation. I was told they were not worried about it, (Quote) we will paint over and move another one in, so you do not worry about it. Very sad. I Moved out on the 6th of July and offered the keys, and asked could we discuss taking the rent down some, since I was out early. Again such hostility, from an obviously overworked poor soul in the office..I do not imply all units have the same issues . In closing, after dealing with at least 3 or 4 managers as they come and go. No reasonable adult was available. I feel such empathy towards the staff, management and remaining neighbors.To bad problems could not be addressed instead of ousting the elderly and taking their money.To the staff, respect and dignity should be part of our daily life. I am implying nothing either way except to my experience. I did sign and agree to their terms as they will state, but only during duress. I am a simple Southern Baptist widow who has no money for lawyers over such things. I am guided to pray and try to forgive and forget the treatment received
