Bad and inaccurate services and worst customer service. As agent selling insurance and helping clients, DO NOT even call here I will be reporting Frankie Furtado and his boss to the file an insurance compliant page, they will take your bank info and string anyone along by making stupid and unsupported lame excuses. Frankie specifically targeted me and I have chains of email conversations to prove it. Get your insurance needs elsewhere.

I’ve been working with David Bishop at Brightway for probably 8 years. We only ever interact annually when it’s time to renew or shop a new policy. He always responds right away and makes the process so easy. The level of service is off the chart in a good way. I’m not sure he has any other customers aside from me, which feels nice because I know that I always have someone to turn to for my homeowner insurance needs. Thank you a hundred times, David! And thank you Brightway!

My husband and I have been with Brightway Insurance in Boca Raton for many years. They have been great. Their response time is extremely quick. Each time I speak with David Bishop, he always is knowledgeable and treats me with respect. I highly recommend Brightway!

I worked with David via email and it was a stress free and smooth process to obtain homeowners insurance on my new condo property. David responded quickly to all emails, provided me with several versions of the quote, answered all my questions, and took care of all the details. I only had to forward a few documents, electronically sign the application, and David took care of the rest. I feel that I got a competitive insurance rate as well. This was my first experience purchasing homeowners insurance and I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I would recommend giving Brightway a try if you are shopping for insurance.
