Great staff. However, the drawback is a limited selection for thin and toned guys. Understandably, they cater to an older, portly crowd. The Milano fit for men with a 40 inch chest and 31 inch waist is just not there. Of course, they will order in for you and then measure for fitting.

Wonderful service; friendly, extremely helpful and polite associates–both men and women; a truly wonderful experience! Everyone is treated like they are special there. The best Brooks Brothers I have been to hands down.

In general I love this company. Not this store. While trying on a Tuxedo shirt my husband got a mark on it. No problem obviously I immediately said I would purchase very nicely but the lack of caring by the sales person and the complete disrespect by the manager. We were there to buy several items but when you have a store run like that I won’t shop there. I must say one seasoned sales person there stepped in and saved the day. I think it’s the manager.

Classic American clothing for men and women. Store has been in business for 200 years. Higher end pricing and generally very fine quality. Every suit I own is from Brooks, and it is one of the few stores which carry cordovan shell leather (equine) shoes.
