They don’t know what they are doing. Took them a week for them to figure out what parts were needed and to give a quote on a shower repair, claimed they ordered parts needed when approval was given. After 3+ weeks of trying to reach them with a estimated time for repair, kept hearing due to covid manufacture are taking longer to build parts. They claimed i couldn’t cancel because they would charge a restocking fee on a part that they didn’t even have on hands. Finally after speaking to management was able to cancel order without any fees. Called another company, new company was prompt, fixed it in a day. Was able to find parts locally at ferguson plumbing without issues and half of the price I would’ve been changed from buckeye plumbing.
Bottom line is…. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Fantastic company. Great work ethic. Best plumber ever.
