Had heard different things about Carmela Coffee so I decided to check it out. Gave it 2 stars instead of 0 because Avocado toast was good, but nothing out of this world. Ordered the cappuccino, it was ok, but again, nothing out of this word. What made me upset was the level of service… there were other guests seated at different tables and the servers took their food to all guests at the table. When my food was ready, they had me go to the counter to pick up the food, being that I was seated at a table like everyone else was. Don’t think I will be returning.

I just discovered this place recently. It’s so nice inside with a very cozy atmosphere. The people are very friendly and more importantly the coffee is excellent without that burnt after taste some places have. Also, check out their food menu with all kinds of interesting things. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I liked this place, tastefully decorated.
But if you like to eat a good panini, have a good tea or coffee, I can recommend this coffee shop.
I had a pretty delicious bacon and Brie Panini, with caramelized onion, it was very very good on the rustic bread.
The Cortadito was ok, I had much better before some other place, and this one when was served, it was all over on my plate, but that’s ok, they still deserve 5 stars.
If you’re in the area, try it for sure. The green tea was super refreshing.
