Chipotle Mexican Grill

You could be the only person in line and you’d still be waiting 10 minutes to leave. All the employees are in their own world talking to each other. Management must be awful.

Got some Guacamole and chips for my dad and while he was eating it a huge peace of what seemed to be part of a plastic wrapping from a straw was in his guacamole on the edge of his chip it was huge very disgusted after reading the reviews left by other customers I will definitely not be coming back to this establishment if anyone wants to see photos I wasn’t sure how to upload it with my review but I left it on the uploaded photos by customers

Every visit to this location is always a delight! All of the staff here are Super Friendly and Attentive!! And a young gentleman there named Christian was preparing those orders with Love!! From order to checkout was a smooth transition. Chipotle has an awesome team working this location. Well oiled machine!!

I have been to dozens and dozens of chipotles and this one is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The man working behind the counter was extremely rude to everyone. There was no guacamole, no white rice, no lettuce, and no salad dressing. I ended up getting carnitas and it was the nastiest thing I have ever seen. It was all fat and they didn’t even shred it, it was one whole chunk of meat. Ended up throwing my bowl away. Don’t waste your time at this chipotle.

I went to this chipotle today and came out distraught with the customer service. I walk in with my father telling him how good chipotle is and when we enter we weren’t even greeted with a hello. The employees simply looked at us and walked away to do something else, they didn’t even give us the time of day to say, “ we’ll be with you in just a moment.” It almost seemed as if they were waiting around to see who would come and take our order. I would simply not go to that location again because of how poor the service was. I love chipotle but to be treated like that was astounding. When we were finally allowed to place our order they didn’t even seem happy to be there.
